The UK Semiconductors 2023 conference will be held on 12th-13th July 2023 at Sheffield Hallam University. Abstract submission is now open and abstracts are welcome on all aspects of semiconductor research, see the abstracts page for more information. Delegate and exhibitor registration is also open, see the registration pages for a link to the online shop.
This year’s conference will include a briefing on the UK National Semiconductor Strategy and a meeting for the Materials for Quantum Network on System Level Materials. For more information, see the programme page: https://uksemiconductors.com/?page_id=11
The conference will also include the Future Photonics Hub Industry Day on 12th July. The EPSRC funded Future Photonics Hub helps industry access the latest photonics innovation. Through the Hub’s engagement with a large network of external companies, it aims to provide businesses access to leading researchers who spend time understanding the challenges they face and where next-generation photonics can have impact on their organisation. These companies represent strategic UK sectors including telecommunications, healthcare, defence and aerospace. The Industry Day will showcase these collaborations and explore how to develop further interactions. More information about the Future Photonics Hub can be found at their website: https://www.photonicshubuk.org/
