Focus Session on Metrology for Emerging Semiconductor Materials<\/strong>
We are also pleased to announce a focus session by IOP’s Thin Films and Surfaces Group on Metrology for Emerging Semiconductor Materials.\u00a0This session will bring together experts from academia, industry, and national laboratories to discuss innovations in characterization methods, standards development, and instrumentation tailored to these emerging materials. Topics will include nanoscale imaging, electrical and thermal property measurements, defect and interface analysis, and the integration of metrology into fabrication workflows. The goal is to bring together materials metrology with semiconductor applications to build collaborations and accelerate the uptake of new materials in future semiconductor devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
