TMD-UK 2017 International Conference will be held on Thursday 13th July alongside UK Semiconductors day 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration<\/a> is now open<\/p>\n

The\u00a0abstract deadline\u00a0for the\u00a0TMD-UK 2017 International Conference has now passed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the second edition of TMD-UK meeting following the success of the meeting in Bath in 2016. The conference this year will be held in conjunction with the UK Semiconductors.<\/p>\n

Scope of the meeting:<\/strong>\u00a02D and layered materials beyond graphene, TMDs, hBN, III-VI and many others; crystal growth, devices, optical properties and photonics, electron transport, crystal and electronic band-structure characterisation, defects, microscopy, single photon emitters etc<\/p>\n

Abstract submission: has now passed<\/strong>; email to\u00a0a.tartakovskii@sheffield.ac.uk<\/a>\u00a0stating \u2018TMD-UK\u2019 in the subject line. Abstract should be a single sheet of A4 suitable for black and white printing. PDFs or Word documents are acceptable. Please ensure\u00a0you include authors, affiliations and corresponding author email.<\/p>\n

This will give access to day 2 of the UK Semiconductors conference on Thursday 13th<\/sup> July, including the joint sessions with TMD-UK. Delegates for TMD-UK who also wish to attend day 1 of UK Semiconductors (Wednesday 12th<\/sup> July)\u00a0 should additionally register here<\/a> and pick either \u201cone day registration (day 1)\u201d for the daytime sessions only or \u201cDay One Plus Conference Dinner\u201d which includes the daytime sessions and the conference dinner.<\/p>\n
