UK Entry Visas

It is the responsibility of international authors and delegates to obtain a valid visa to travel to the UK for event. The conference organisers can neither influence the visa application process or be held responsible for any financial loss or burden resulting from delays or problems with the visa application process. Therefore, we advise international delegates not to arrange any non-refundable travel or accommodation before their visa application has been approved by the relevant authorities. International delegates should also be aware of our policy concerning cancellation and refund of conference registration fees.

UK visa applications can take several weeks to process. We therefore strongly recommend that delegates begin their application at the earliest opportunity. For further information on the visa application process please visit the UK Border Agency visa application webpage.
 

Letters of Invitation

Please note that letters of invitation in support of visa applications can only be issued by the conference organisers AFTER the delegate has registered for the conference. We can however issue letters to presenting authors before they register confirming that their abstract has been selected for presentation.
