UK Semiconductors 2025 took place on 2nd-3rd July and it was the 18th year of the conference.
This year’s conference was the largest to date, with over 340 delegates and 50 exhibitors and sponsors, a much larger exhibition and poster area, and the new addition of exhibitor technical presentations.

IOP prize winners (Phil Buckle Research Communication Competition):
- 1st Place: Ann-Kathrin Holzmann, University of Strathclyde, for her presentation on Micron-scale semiconductor device integration for future systems-on-a-chip
- 2nd Place: Sami Kibal, University of Cambridge, for his presentation on GaN electronics for fusion reactor maintenance.
